Linda and I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it has been to work with you again.  You have been patient, supportive and accommodating through our home sale and purchase of the right house for our next home.  It was obvious to us that you had really listened to what we were looking for in a home and financial transaction and that certainly made our efforts easier.  You provided sound advice without pressuring us to make a decision.  It`s wonderful to find people who demonstrate so much passion, care and concern as you have done for us.  We understand that our situation was probably more difficult because of the complications on the sale early on and you handled that very well.  Every decision you made with us was made as if you were doing it for yourself and we appreciate that.  Your extra effort in making sure the closing bureaucracy was taken care of at our new home yesterday so it was very much appreciated.  We will continue to highly recommend you and your team to anyone who is looking for a TOP NOTCH Realty Professional.  Many thanks and we hope and look forward to the opportunity to work with you again.
